Privacy Policy
Last updated October 27, 2026
This policy explains what Ta'Rhonda Jones ("we") collects through tarhondaj.com, how it's used, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- When you send a booking or press request, we collect your name, email, phone (if given), organization and message, and send them to Ta'Rhonda's team by email and text so someone can reply.
- Donations to the S.E.E.D. Foundation are made on Givebutter, under its own privacy policy.
Like every website, our host receives standard technical information when you visit (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
Only to answer you, deliver what you asked for, run the site, and keep it secure. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who helps us
We use these service providers, who handle your information only to do that job for us:
- Supabase: storing inquiries
- Resend and Twilio: forwarding inquiries to Ta'Rhonda's team by email and text
- Givebutter: donations
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising pixels or third-party tracking cookies.
Videos and music players
Players from YouTube, Spotify load only when you press play. Once you do, that service may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can unsubscribe from any email at any time. Contact us at tarhondaj@yahoo.com. We won't treat you differently for asking. California residents have these rights under California law, and we honor them for everyone.
How long we keep it, and security
We keep messages and records only as long as needed for the purpose you gave them to us, or as the law requires, then delete them. Access is limited to the people who need it, and all traffic to this site is encrypted.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
This site is built and hosted by E-Tre Productions on behalf of Ta'Rhonda Jones.
